1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "Player") and cas3 ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the cas3.click website, including all services, games, promotions, and features available therein.

Cas3 is a digital entertainment platform offering online casino games and Sports Betting for eligible users in Malaysia. The platform features slots, Live Casino, football betting, badminton betting, e-sports, and a wide range of other online entertainment categories.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use cas3's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not be enrolled in any active self-exclusion programme;

• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of a third party;
• Not use a VPN, proxy, or any software that conceals your actual location to circumvent applicable geographical restrictions.

Cas3 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify a member's eligibility. Required documents may include a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or other written documentation confirming your age and identity. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Cas3 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the platform by individuals who do not meet the stated eligibility requirements. Members who provide false information during registration may be prosecuted under applicable Malaysian law.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) cas3 account only. Holding multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including:

• Full name as per official identity document;
• Your exact date of birth;
• An active email address that belongs to you;
• An active Malaysian phone number;
• A strong, unique password for your cas3 account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cas3 account login credentials. cas3 will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat at any time. 4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the cas3 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. cas3 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods specifically for the Malaysian market:

• DuitNow – instant transfer via phone number or account number;
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) – including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks;
• Touch 'n Go eWallet – Malaysia's popular digital wallets;
• GrabPay – payment via the Grab app;
• Boost – Axiata's digital wallet;
• ShopeePay – Shopee Malaysia's digital wallet.

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM10. Deposits are typically processed within 30 seconds and funds will be credited to your cas3 account instantly. cas3 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 4 hours depending on your account's VIP tier. Diamond tier members enjoy express withdrawal processing within 30 minutes. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30. cas3 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding RM5,000.

Same Account: The withdrawal method must match or be linked to the deposit method used. Funds must be withdrawn to the same account as the deposit source for anti-money laundering compliance.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

Cas3 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made;
• Wagering requirements are typically between 20x and 40x the bonus amount, depending on the type of promotion;
• The RM100 welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member;
• All bonus offers have a set validity period – any unused bonus will expire automatically if not utilised within that timeframe;
• Cas3 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if misuse of the promotional system is established;
• Using multiple accounts, coordinating with other members, or engaging in any form of fraudulent activity to obtain bonuses is strictly prohibited.

Specific terms for each promotion will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between the general terms stated here and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

Free spins awarded as part of a bonus are subject to a minimum wagering value and carry a maximum win cap. Winnings from free spins will be credited as bonus funds, which are also subject to wagering requirements.

6 General Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting activity on cas3 – whether slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, fish shooting, Malaysia Super League and EPL football betting, badminton betting, e-sports, or any other game – is subject to the following general rules:

• All confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended;
• Cas3 uses an audited Random Number Generator (RNG) system across all casino games to ensure fairness;
• Winnings are calculated based on results displayed on the cas3 system — in the event of any discrepancy between the client display and server records, the server records shall serve as the definitive reference;
• Cas3 reserves the right to void bets placed during technical disruptions that affect the integrity of gameplay;
• The use of automated bots, artificial intelligence software, or any unauthorised method to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure without notice;
• For Sports Betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply – any subsequent changes to the odds will not affect bets already placed;
• Official results from sporting events as recognised by the relevant governing body will be used as the basis for settling bets on cas3.

Cas3 reserves the right to refuse or restrict bets from any member without providing a reason. This includes but is not limited to situations where cas3 suspects fraud, collusion, or exploitation of pricing errors.

7 cas3 VIP Rewards Program

The cas3 VIP Rewards Program consists of four tiers – Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Tier advancement is determined by the cumulative VIP points earned through qualifying betting activity on the cas3 platform.

VIP benefits including weekly cashback, upgrade bonuses, higher withdrawal limits, and a dedicated personal manager for Diamond members are subject to the following terms:

• VIP points are earned from real-money wagers only – bets placed using bonus funds do not count;
• The rate at which points are earned varies by game type and will be specified on the VIP Program page;
• Cas3 reserves the right to modify the terms, benefits, or VIP point rates with advance notice to members;
• VIP tier status is permanent for the lifetime of an active account – cas3 will never downgrade your VIP tier;
• VIP Cashback is calculated based on net losses within the specified period and is credited as cash with no wagering requirements.

8 Responsible Gaming

Cas3 provides the following self-control tools, which any member may request at any time:

• Deposit Limit – set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit;
• Session Time Limit – a session time limit that will warn you or automatically log you out;
• Cooling-Off Period – a temporary break ranging from 24 hours to 6 months;
• Self-Exclusion – full self-exclusion for a period ranging from 6 months to a lifetime;

10 Account Suspension, Closure & Termination

Cas3 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account without prior notice should any one or more of the following circumstances arise:

• Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the verification process;
• Evidence that a member is under 18 years of age;
• Holding multiple accounts;
• Activity indicative of fraud, money laundering, or collusion;
• Attempts to exploit technical errors or vulnerabilities in the cas3 system;
• Disruptive or threatening behaviour towards cas3 staff or other members;
• Requests from law enforcement agencies or relevant authorities.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, cas3 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances, bonus funds, and winnings obtained through activities that violated the terms. Any real money held in the account may be returned at cas3's discretion and only after the investigation has been concluded.

Members may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the cas3 support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

11 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The cas3 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. cas3 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, free from errors, or fully meet your expectations.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, cas3's liability to you is limited to the amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the liability claim. cas3 is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses;
• Losses arising from internet service disruptions or third-party failures;
• Loss of anticipated opportunities or profits;
• Data corruption or loss of information;
• Losses arising from the acts or omissions of third-party payment service providers.

Betting is a risky activity. You acknowledge that you may lose all or part of the funds you wager. cas3 makes no guarantee of winnings and accepts no responsibility for the outcomes of your bets.

12 Amendments to Terms & Contact Us
